Omaha-based Dr. Stephen Torpy MD FACS is a vein surgery specialist exclusively treating veins. He received his medical degree from University of Nebraska Medical College Magna Cum Laude in 1974. He is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his surgical training at the Medial College of Wisconsin including training at the Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford, England. Upon completion of his residency, he returned to Omaha in 1979 and has been in the practice of general and vascular surgery since then.
