About Us

Pediatric Orthopedics - Surgery

Dr. Iris Schlesinger is an Attending Orthopaedic Surgeon at Westchester Medical Center, specializing in pediatric orthopaedic surgery.

She received her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and completed her medical degree at Albany Medical College.
Dr. Schlesinger is also a member of the faculty of the department of Orthopaedic Surgery at New York Medical College.

She is a frequent presenter at conferences throughout the U.S. and abroad, and has published extensively in professional journals such as Orthopaedics Today and the Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics. Prior to her medical career, Dr. Schlesinger was a physical education teacher and sports coach.
